Toque Toque means island on a brazilian indian language. So the beach called Toque Toque Grande (which means big) is actually smaller than the one called Toque Toque Pequeno (which means small).
The Beach is near the Sao Sebastiao City (where it was just built one of the best public skate parks in Brazil) and the access is pretty easy since there are good and easy signs to follow. It gets better for skimbarding between April and November when south swells are more common here in Brazil. When the swell is coming from the east the beach is completely flat. This place also has the special feature of having a sunset right in the middle of the ocean during the summer which is pretty rare in Brazil
