It's the most constant beach in rio to skimboard, even though it often gets a bit choppy.
Even though it is a small beach it has 4 different spots on it which makes a same bet pretty much everyday.
The access is not that easy. You gotta either walk down the rocks after the second wooden balcony looking thing or walk down the steps after the Sheraton Hotel. There is a third option: parking your car at the Sheraton which can be pretty expensive depending on how long you stay at the beach.
